Your data is stored on secured servers hosted by Hostinger. All information is transmitted over HTTPS with an active SSL certificate. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay — we never store any card or payment details ourselves. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Only authorised Alchemize Consultancy personnel can access student data — strictly for course delivery and support.

• All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Children cannot register themselves.
• We obtain parental consent before collecting any information related to a child.
• We do not show any advertising to children inside the course platform.
• Children cannot publicly post comments, content, or personal information on the platform.
• All content is reviewed for age-appropriateness before it is published.
• We do not share any child's information with schools, government bodies, or third parties without explicit parent consent.

• सर्व नोंदणी पालकांनीच पूर्ण केली पाहिजे. मुले स्वतः नोंदणी करू शकत नाहीत.

By submitting a video through the Alchemize English platform or WhatsApp group, you give Alchemize Consultancy permission to use that video for promotional and marketing purposes — including on our website, social media, and partner channels — unless you opt out.

• You may not screenshot, record, or re-upload any lesson, activity, or course material.
• Course access is for the registered child only. Sharing login credentials is strictly not allowed.
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of course access without refund.

Alchemize English platform वरील सर्व content — stories, lessons, activities, questions, audio, graphics, page designs आणि course structure — Alchemize Consultancy ची exclusive बौद्धिक संपदा आहे.

• Right to Access: You may request a copy of all information we hold about your child at any time.
• Right to Correction: If any information we hold is incorrect, email us and we will correct it within 7 working days.
• Right to Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your child's data at any time — we will delete within 7 working days.
• Right to Opt Out of Video Use: As described in the Video Submissions section above.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent at any time. Please note that withdrawal will end your child's course access as the information is needed to provide the service.
• Right to Raise a Concern: If you feel your rights have been affected, email us — we will respond within 7 working days.

• माहिती मागण्याचा हक्क: आपण कधीही आपल्या मुलाबद्दल आमच्याकडे असलेल्या सर्व माहितीची copy मागू शकता.
• दुरुस्तीचा हक्क: माहिती चुकीची असल्यास email करा — आम्ही ७ कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत ती दुरुस्त करू.
• माहिती काढण्याचा हक्क: आपण कधीही मुलाची माहिती पूर्णपणे काढण्याची विनंती करू शकता — ७ कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत ती काढली जाईल.
• Video Opt Out चा हक्क: वरील Video Submissions विभागात सांगितल्याप्रमाणे.
• परवानगी मागे घेण्याचा हक्क: आपण कधीही परवानगी मागे घेऊ शकता. मात्र असे केल्यास मुलाचा course access बंद होईल कारण ही माहिती सेवा देण्यासाठी आवश्यक आहे.
• तक्रार करण्याचा हक्क: आपल्याला असे वाटले की आपल्या हक्कांवर परिणाम झाला आहे, तर email करा — आम्ही ७ कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत उत्तर देऊ.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

हे Privacy Policy भारताच्या कायद्यांनुसार आहे. या धोरणाशी संबंधित कोणतेही वाद महाराष्ट्र, भारत येथील न्यायालयांच्या अखत्यारित येतात.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
