I have spent more than 10 years working with children — in schools, NGOs, and institutions across Maharashtra and India. And in all those years, one thing never changed.
Bright children. Curious children. Children who could think, imagine, and create — but the moment someone asked them to speak in English, they went quiet. Not because they were not capable. But because somewhere along the way, English had become something to fear.
That broke my heart every single time.
So I built Alchemize English — not as a course, but as a conversation. Between a child and the language. Warm. Gentle. In Marathi and English both. At the child's own pace. Without pressure. Without fear. And with real stories, real activities, and real speaking practice — not grammar rules on a blackboard.
This is not just for rural children or urban children. It is for any child — anywhere — who wants to find their voice in English. And for every parent who knows their child is capable of more.

हे मला खूप जड वाटायचं. म्हणून मी Alchemize English बनवलं.
एक course म्हणून नाही — एक संवाद म्हणून. मुलाचा आणि भाषेचा. मराठी आणि इंग्रजी दोन्हीत. मुलाच्या स्वतःच्या गतीने. दबावाशिवाय. भीतीशिवाय. खऱ्या गोष्टी, खरे सराव, खरी बोलण्याची practice — blackboard वरच्या grammar rules नाहीत.
हे फक्त गावातील किंवा शहरातील मुलांसाठी नाही. जो कोणी इंग्रजी शिकू इच्छितो त्या प्रत्येकासाठी आहे.

Alchemize का बनवलं

We asked ourselves — what if a child could learn English the way they learn anything they love? Through doing. Through playing. Through stories that feel real. At their own pace. Without the fear of being wrong.
That question became Alchemize English.

पण चांगल्या इंग्रजी शिक्षणाचा access नेहमीच असमान राहिला आहे. काही मुलांना लहानपणापासून exposure, practice आणि confidence मिळतो. अनेकांना मिळत नाही — क्षमता नसल्यामुळे नाही, तर access नसल्यामुळे.
