आम्ही हे course मनापासून बनवलं आहे — तुमच्या मुलासाठी. इथे आम्ही सांगतो की आमचं refund बद्दलचं धोरण काय आहे — स्पष्टपणे आणि प्रेमाने.

Content is unlocked the moment you enrol
enrol केल्याबरोबर सगळं content उघडतं
The moment your child joins, all their lessons, stories, activities and exercises become available. Unlike a physical book that can be returned, digital content cannot be taken back once accessed.
तुमचं मूल join करताच सगळ्या lessons, stories आणि activities उपलब्ध होतात. एखाद्या पुस्तकासारखं हे परत करता येत नाही — digital content एकदा उघडलं की ते उघडलेलंच राहतं.

Alchemize English is built by a solo creator — every story, every activity, every Marathi translation is crafted by hand with love. We are a small team doing big work for your child, and refunds at this stage would make it impossible to keep going.
Alchemize English एकट्याने बनवलं जातं — प्रत्येक गोष्ट, प्रत्येक सराव, प्रत्येक मराठी अनुवाद हाताने आणि मनाने तयार केला आहे. आम्ही एक छोटी टीम आहोत — तुमच्या मुलासाठी मोठं काम करतो. या टप्प्यावर refunds दिले तर पुढे जाणं शक्य होणार नाही.

We are a new platform, still growing, still proving ourselves. Every family that joins is helping us build something better for thousands of children in Maharashtra. We take that trust very seriously.
आम्ही एक नवीन platform आहोत — अजून वाढतो आहोत, अजून स्वतःला सिद्ध करतो आहोत. जो कोणी join करतो तो महाराष्ट्रातल्या हजारो मुलांसाठी काहीतरी चांगलं उभं करण्यात मदत करतो. हा विश्वास आम्हाला खूप महत्त्वाचा आहे.

If something feels wrong — if your child is struggling, if the content isn't working, if you have any concern at all — please reach out to us before anything else. We are real people and we genuinely want to help.
काही चुकतंय असं वाटलं — मूल अडलंय, content समजत नाहीये, काहीही काळजी असेल — आधी आम्हाला सांगा. आम्ही खरे माणसं आहोत आणि आम्हाला खरंच मदत करायची आहे.

We won't make promises we can't keep. But we will listen to every concern with full attention, consider everything carefully, and do our absolute best given what is possible. That is the honest truth and that is what we stand by.
आम्ही असं वचन देणार नाही जे आम्ही पाळू शकत नाही. पण तुमची प्रत्येक गोष्ट नीट ऐकू, सगळं विचारात घेऊ, आणि जे शक्य आहे ते सगळं करू. हीच आमची प्रामाणिक भूमिका आहे.

तुम्ही जे सांगता ते आम्हाला आणखी चांगलं बनवतं — तुमच्या मुलासाठी आणि पुढे येणाऱ्या प्रत्येक मुलासाठी. प्रत्येक अभिप्राय आम्ही मनावर घेतो — तक्रार म्हणून नाही, तर एक भेट म्हणून.
We may not be able to give a refund. But we will never leave you without a response, without care, or without trying our best.
Refund देणं शक्य नसेल — पण तुम्हाला उत्तर न देता, काळजी न घेता, किंवा प्रयत्न न करता सोडणार नाही — हे नक्की.

We understand — not every course clicks with every child right away. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds as the content is unlocked the moment you enrol. But please do reach out to us. Tell us what isn't working and we will listen carefully and do everything we genuinely can.
आम्हाला समजतं — प्रत्येक course प्रत्येक मुलाला लगेच आवडेलच असं नाही. Enrol केल्याबरोबर content उघडतं त्यामुळे refund शक्य नाही. पण आम्हाला नक्की सांगा — काय होतंय ते. आम्ही नीट ऐकतो आणि जे शक्य आहे ते सगळं करतो.
Alchemize English is completely self-paced. There is no pressure, no deadline, no race. Your child can go as slow as they need — lessons stay unlocked for the full 6 months. If your child needs extra support or guidance, reach out to us and we will help however we can.
Alchemize English पूर्णपणे मुलाच्या वेगाने चालतं. कोणतीही घाई नाही, deadline नाही, शर्यत नाही. सहा महिने lessons उघडेच राहतात. जर मुलाला जास्त मदत हवी असेल तर आम्हाला सांगा — आम्ही शक्य ते सगळं करू.
Please tell us. We mean that sincerely. Write to us on WhatsApp or email — we read every message personally. We won't always be able to do everything, but we will always listen, always consider, and always respond with care. Your trust means everything to us.
आम्हाला सांगा — हे आम्ही मनापासून म्हणतो. WhatsApp वर किंवा email वर लिहा — प्रत्येक message आम्ही स्वतः वाचतो. सगळं करणं नेहमी शक्य नसेल — पण ऐकणं, विचार करणं आणि काळजीने उत्तर देणं — हे नक्की करतो. तुमचा विश्वास आमच्यासाठी सगळ्यात मोठा आहे.
