What Data We Collect

Child's Full Name	For certificate, personalisation, and feedback
Child's Age	To confirm eligibility (ages 8–14)
School Name	For our records and course matching
City	To understand our reach in Tier 2 & 3 cities
Parent's Mobile Number	For WhatsApp group access and support
Parent's Email Address	For login credentials, reminders, and feedback delivery
Payment Information	Processed securely by Razorpay. We never store card details.
Course Progress Data	Lessons completed, quiz scores, points earned — stored by Tutor LMS

We collect only what is necessary to provide the course. Nothing more.
We do not collect location data, device data, or browsing history.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

Send course reminders and progress updates via push notifications and email.
Generate and deliver your child's completion certificate at the end of each month.
Track course progress — lessons completed, points earned, streaks — to power the GamiPress dashboard.
Understand how students use the platform so we can improve content and activities.
Comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

Data Storage & Security

डेटा साठवण आणि सुरक्षितता

Hosting	Hostinger — servers located in India
SSL Certificate	Active — all data transmitted over HTTPS
Backups	Weekly backups — upgrading to daily shortly
Payment Security	Razorpay — PCI DSS compliant. We never store card details.
Password Storage	WordPress encrypted password hashing. Never stored in plain text.
Data Retention	Your data is retained for the duration of your course access plus 12 months after expiry.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party.
We do not use your data for advertising of any kind.
Only authorised Alchemize team members have access to student data — strictly for course delivery and support purposes.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours.

Children's Privacy

मुलांची गोपनीयता

This platform is designed for children. We take their privacy more seriously than anything else.

हे platform मुलांसाठी बनवले आहे. आम्ही त्यांच्या गोपनीयतेला सर्वात जास्त महत्त्व देतो.

All purchases and account registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Children cannot register themselves.
We do not display any advertising to children inside the course platform.
We do not allow children to publicly post content, comments, or personal information on the platform.
Video submissions are sent via WhatsApp to a monitored group managed by Alchemize team members only.
A child's video will only be featured publicly if the parent has not opted out as described in our Terms and Conditions Section 7.
We do not share any child's data with schools, government bodies, or third parties without explicit parent consent.
All course content is reviewed for age-appropriateness before publishing. No violent, adult, or inappropriate content is present on the platform.

सर्व purchases आणि account registrations पालक किंवा कायदेशीर पालकाने पूर्ण केल्या पाहिजेत. मुले स्वतः register करू शकत नाहीत.
आम्ही course platform मध्ये मुलांना कोणतीही जाहिरात दाखवत नाही.

सर्व course content publish करण्यापूर्वी वयानुसार योग्यतेसाठी तपासले जाते.

Your Rights

Right to Access: You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about your child at any time.
Right to Correction: If any data we hold is incorrect, email us and we will correct it within 48 hours.
Right to Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your child's data at any time by emailing info@alchemize.in — we will delete within 7 working days.
Right to Opt Out of Video Features: You may opt out of having your child's video featured publicly at any time — see Terms Section 7.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time. Note that withdrawal will result in termination of course access as data is necessary to provide the service.
Right to Complain: If you believe your data rights have been violated, you may contact us at info@alchemize.in. We will respond within 48 hours on working days.

To exercise any of these rights email us at info@alchemize.in with subject: "Data Request — [Your Child's Name]". We will respond within 48 hours on working days.
