The Alchemize English Course is a self-paced, online English learning program designed for children of Class 5 to 9 (ages 8–14). The course is offered in three levels: Explorer (Beginner), Adventurer (Intermediate), and Champion (Advanced). Each level is 6 months in duration.
The course is delivered through interactive digital books and activities on our website. New content unlocks every Monday. There are no live classes. All activities are self-paced and self-checked.
Alchemize English Course हा स्व-गतीने शिकण्याचा, ऑनलाइन इंग्रजी शिक्षण कार्यक्रम आहे — इयत्ता ५ वी ते ९ वी च्या मुलांसाठी (वय ८–१४). Explorer (Beginner), Adventurer (Intermediate), आणि Champion (Advanced) — तीन स्तर. प्रत्येक स्तर ६ महिन्यांचा.
दर सोमवारी नवीन content unlock होते. कोणतेही live classes नाहीत. सर्व activities स्व-गतीने केल्या जातात.
- This course is designed for children aged 8 to 14 years (Class 5 to 9).
- Purchase must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
- By purchasing, the parent confirms they have given consent for their child to use this platform.
- One account per child. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.

Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payments processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.
EMI options may be available at checkout depending on your bank and Razorpay eligibility. The full course amount remains due regardless of instalment schedule. Course access begins from first payment and runs 6 months from that date. Failure to complete instalments does not entitle a refund on amounts already paid.

We strongly recommend trying our free sample lesson before purchasing. Refunds will not be provided for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Child not using the course after purchase
- Technical issues on the student's device or internet connection
- Dissatisfaction with content after partial use
- Accidental purchase
- Relocation or change in circumstances
In the rare event of a platform error preventing access, we will resolve the issue or provide a course extension — not a monetary refund.

- Access begins immediately after successful payment.
- Course access is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- New lessons unlock every Monday. Future lessons cannot be accessed before their scheduled date.
- One student per account. Account sharing is strictly not allowed.
- After 6 months, access expires. A new level must be purchased to continue.
- We reserve the right to suspend access if account misuse is detected.

- Gold members receive personalised written feedback on their child's video activity.
- Feedback turnaround: 48 hours from time of video submission.
- Feedback delivered to the parent's registered email address.
- Videos must be submitted via the WhatsApp group link inside the course lesson.
- Only one video submission per activity is accepted for feedback.
- No submission = no feedback. No refund or credit for unused feedback slots.
Gold feedback is a best-effort service. In exceptional circumstances such as festivals or technical issues, turnaround may extend to 72 hours. Parents will be notified in such cases.

- प्रत्येक activity साठी एकच video submission feedback साठी स्वीकारला जातो.
- Video submit न केल्यास feedback नाही. Unused feedback slots साठी refund किंवा credit नाही.
- Alchemize reserves the right to feature submitted videos on our website, social media, YouTube, and marketing materials.
- The child's first name and city only may be mentioned alongside the video. No other personal information will be shared publicly.
- We will never sell or share videos with third parties for commercial purposes.
- To opt out: email info@alchemize.in at the time of submission with subject line: "Do Not Feature — [Child's Name]"
- By sharing a video on WhatsApp Status for promotional purposes, parents confirm they are comfortable with the video being seen by their personal contacts.
- Alchemize ला submitted videos website, social media, YouTube आणि marketing materials वर दाखवण्याचा अधिकार आहे.

- Login credentials are sent automatically to your registered email after successful payment.
- Keep your login details safe. Do not share with others.
- Forgot password: use "Lost your password?" on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email.
- Login email not received within 10 minutes of payment — check your spam or junk folder first. Then contact info@alchemize.in
- We are not responsible for loss of access due to forgotten credentials or loss of access to the registered email account.
If you face any login issues after payment, email us at info@alchemize.in with your order number. We will resolve it within 48 hours on working days.

- Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Abusive or inappropriate content will result in immediate removal from the group and termination of course access without refund.
- Videos shared in the group may be used for promotional purposes as stated in Section 7.
- Personal video feedback is sent to the parent's registered email — not in the group.
- For all queries email info@alchemize.in — do not use the WhatsApp group for queries.

- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course content outside the platform.
- Taking screenshots or recordings of course content and sharing them externally is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of course access without refund.

- All course content is age-appropriate and reviewed for child safety before publishing.
- We do not display advertising of any kind to students inside the course platform.

- The core structure — 6 months, weekly Monday unlocks, activities, and feedback — will remain consistent.
- Pricing may change for future purchases. Existing paid enrolments are not affected by price changes.
- If the course is discontinued, enrolled students will be notified 30 days in advance and provided access for the remaining paid period.
- Amendments to Terms: Alchemize reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
- Alchemize learning experience सुधारण्यासाठी कधीही course content update किंवा modify करण्याचा अधिकार राखतो.

- Terms मधील बदल: Alchemize या Terms मध्ये कधीही बदल करण्याचा अधिकार राखतो. Updated Terms revised date सह या page वर post होतात. बदलानंतर course वापरणे नवीन Terms ची स्वीकृती दर्शवतो.
